Downtown Jersey City condo market sales report for June 2011 shows that 37 condos/co-ops were sold in that month,the selling price ranged from a low of $240,000 to a high of $760,000 for an average selling price of $443,981.

The highest priced home sold for $760,000 and is located on McWilliams Pl. in Hamilton Park , a stunning 1473 s/f, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex with terrace.
